MAJ Gerald Hall, USA

Vice President (Programs and Strategic Planning)

Gerald Hall began his United States Army career in 1987 as a Private E-2 assigned to the Delta Company, 100th-442nd.  After several annual training exercises at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Gerald entered the Simultaneous Entry Program (SMP) while attending the University of Hawaii ROTC program.  In August 1992, Gerald received his commission as Second Lieutenant after graduating from the University of Hawaii and entered the U.S. Army Reserve as an Infantry Officer.  After several years assigned as a TOW Platoon Leader in the 100th-442nd, he transferred to the California Army National Guard’s 2nd-159th Infantry Mechanized Battalion where he served as Company Executive Officer and Company Commander.  He has served in a variety of staff positions at the 91st Training Division now the 75th Battle Command Training Division before deploying to Afghanistan in 2003 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom serving as an S-3 Embedded Trainer for an Afghan Infantry Battalion.  Gerald is currently mobilized to Headquarters, United States Army, Pentagon G-3/5/7 Force Management.  While serving on the Army Staff, he was selected to participate in the Army Congressional Fellowship Program (ACOP) in 2009 assigned as the Army Military Fellow for a Republican member on the House Armed Services Committee and the Terrorism, Unconventional Threats and Capabilities Subcommittee.

 

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Master of Business Administration in Global Management, a Juris Doctorate degree and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff Officer Course (CGSOC).  He is married to the former Pamela Wong.  They have two children, Mason and Madison Hall.
